This past week has been self-induced rough for me. I should have given all the left over candy as soon as I finished the kids candy bags for their classmates, but I didn't. I had chocolate sitting around for about a week until I gave the left overs to the after school program that my kiddos attend. Every time I walked past the candy bowl I was picking up a "fun size" bag of peanut m&m's. Granted they were good, but I KNOW my weakness, but didn't do anything to avoid it. Well I will be better the rest of the week. Hope ya'll did better during Halloween than I did.

I've been feeling really tired lately. It may be due to the colder weather. I don't know. Been eating okay. I know I'm not getting in all my veggies. That's my goal this week. Hope everyone is having a great week.

We took my mother-in-law to Mexico this weekend. I didn't get all my water in so I'm retaining some fluids today. It wasn't to bad staying on plan during trip. Had car trouble this morning which made me late for work. Once on the road I got stuck in some serious traffic and ate almost all my lunch in the car! I have a starch left to get me thru the rest of the afternoon until I get home for dinner. EEEK!

still to go: 6.0 lb

Started stabilization. Noticed that I now wake up hungry, but after eating breakfast I am fine until lunch time. Had my son's shark birthday party this weekend and it was great.

Still the same. I think I'll start stabilization. The last 5 lbs. are hard to lose on the green plan. I'm too hungry without my extra veggie and fruit servings.

My mother-in-law is coming tomorrow for a two week visit. I also have my son's shark birthday party on Saturday. I'm making the cake. Eating right will be easy since I'll have the standard veggie/fruit trays, low fat dips and other foods that are plan friendly. Hope everyone is doing well.
