It has been 79 days since my last weigh in.
I truely expected the scale to say 175 this morning. I feel like 175 -bloated and sloppy When I look in the mirror, I see 175 -bulges and unattractive roundness.
I can ony assume my weight is so low, because I've lost all my muscles mass.
My diet over the last ~80 days hasn't been terrible, but I certainly can clean it up. I had food poisoning about 3 weeks ago and I really haven't felt normal since. I have to drink a min of 100oz of water daily or I get a weird dehyrdated feeling... it has even woken me up in the middle of the night. And even one glass of wine makes this worse. So, alcohol is out. I'm thinking I really need a super cleanse for 5-7 days. I am guilty of almost no exercise. So, it goes without saying that I really need to get that back into my routine.
Despite a lot of life curve balls over the past 80 or so days, I continue to strive for some sort of stability. We return to the states permanently in mid January, and we just got said goodbye to our last visitor yesterday. So, we have a solid month to enjoy the holidays here in Spain.

Confession: last Night, I ate about 3-5 cookies worth of raw cookie dough. It was amazing. My daughter has been pushing my limits ...She refuses most foods, won't go too bed, wakes up frequently at Night. Thank the Lord my husband chives home tomorrow. It has been a long month without him.
Love love love the number on the scale but I still have inches to lose so I've got to keep at it. Having dinner and drinks with a friend today. And next weekend, we have to social functions that will include lots of yummy foods and booze. All the more reason to get in some really good workouts!

Ok, folks... I'm back from the bachelorette. I ate ok but I drank a ton.
I weighed myself on my MIL's old-timey scale: 165! Yikes!
I'm not officially weighing in again until Saturday. I will be returning to my mom's Friday afternoon & I've been using her scale as my 'official" scale.
I bought size 10 jeans last week. Post bachelorette party, they are feeling too snug.
Not feeling sad about this though. This was expected. I'll be working hard this week to get back down to where I need to be. I'm not expecting to be under 160 on Saturday, but I should be close. I will be disappointed if I'm over 161.5.

You won't believe this... I don't believe it myself....
Yesterday, I weighed
159.5!!!
Holy smokes! I didn't log it b/c I feel like it must be a fluke. But, I got all excited and decided to try on a few pieces of clothing to see what they would look like on... with some surprising results. Size 8 Target brand red capris: don't 10% comfortably fit, but I can zip them up. Size 10 black dress: from the side my tummy is terrible and it also feels uncomfortable in the widest part of my stomache.
Big bachelortette party this weekend. For sure, I'll be coming home with a few extra pounds. But, I'm at my mother-in-law's until late next week. I don't like her scale here (it isn't digital). So, I won't be weighing myself again for quite awhile - probably next Saturday. Hopefully, I can lose the fat/water weight by then. I cant wait to leave the 160's behind for good!!!!!

Yesterday, I had a mini cheat day. I had 1/3 a doughnut, 1 serving tortilla chips, 3/4 beer, & 2 vodka cocktails along with my ususal high fruit/veg & sensible protien diet.
I woke up feeling pretty good today, which is abnormal since my daughter hasn't sleep throuhgh the night in a month. Usually, I feel like poo in the morning. I took my measurements just for fun. I've lost 1/2in in my waist (31) and 1/2in in the widest part of my stomache (38.5)!!!! Yay!
My husband will be visiting us in the States in two weeks... and he will be with us for two weeks before returning to Espana. I'm going to use that as my motivation to meet my next goal: break 160. This is completely doable, but I do have a bachelerette weekend in Nags Head coming up. Lots of booze. I'm working on a "menu" of foods/beverages I can take with me to minimize damage.
