I thought I'd had a reasonable week, obviously not. We had a week without heat or not water which wasn't good, so I didn't exercise in the mornings as I couldn't shower before work. I've been working long hours so didn't have the energy to do it after work. I must have been overeating too, must get myself back on track.

Minimal loss but I'll definitely take that. It hasn't been the best food week yet again, looking forward to when things slow down, it's all very hectic right now.

I deserved that weight gain, I just need to make the next week a better one. My exercise remains good, but my diet from last week was very poor, (as you can see).

I am contemplating not weighing in this week and allowing myself a week to fix this one, work has been off the scale busy, food has been whatever is there and my birthday meant cake was there, and no I have stopped to take a breath I am going out for a birthday meal, no more excuses after this, (next week will still be mad busy but there shouldn't be so much available cake).
