I deserved that this week, my diet has been far from good. It was a mental week, by the end of it I was totally exhausted. I had one 15 hour work day, followed by what should have been an easier day which wasn't by any means. Then worked at home most of the weekend. I need to factor in a bit more down time. I did use sugar to get me through, I need to find another way of getting the instant energy boost that keeps me going, or just find enough hours for sleep.

I doubted the weekend would be enough to reverse the week weight gain this week, but it was. Overall I am down 0.3kg, which I am very happy to see. Missing out the Friday weigh in might be a good idea, I will contemplate that one 😊

That is nothing short of a disaster! I haven't gone over 1500 kcal any day this week, I know my weeks are normally bad, but not this bad 😱

That's better, overall that does make a loss this week so I'm happy enough with that 😊
