That's better, finally a loss after a couple of very enjoyable but not exactly diet friendly weeks. Christmas is not exactly the time of year when waistlines shrink, and truthfully I don't think it should be. Have fun, we can fix the damage in January x

I do need to get my choices back to being sensible or this will be the trend, and I don't want that. I am hopefully starting to recover again, I have felt rough and had way too much to do over the last few weeks. It's quite hard to remain functional let alone make good choices.

This is what happens when I got out for a 3 course Christmas dinner on Saturday, it will be more of a challenge to keep the weight down/stable at this time of year. This is the time of year when I go out for the most meals, I'll make sure I'm sensible(ish) in between.

Wow, I didn't expect that. Must admit I think it comes from being ill rather than all my hard work, but I do feel nearly human today so that's a bonus too. I'm still pretty impressed with the loss though 😀
