This is great for me, as I've seen what happened to my weight over the last couple of weeks and it has been pretty grim. I had one day where I was 86.9kg. My body has been playing up, retaining water, swelling up, no clue what's going on. Today which is my normal weigh in day, it's pretty much back to normal. I don't care at all that's only a 0.1 kg drop, I don't feel or look like an annoyed pufferfish anymore 😁

I normally say I deserve this because, but I'm not really sure what's going on at the moment. I put a lot more exercise in my routine, an alarm goes off every hour when I'm working from home and I do 10 mins of exercise, a lot of that is with weights and resistance as it's small enough not to take up the whole office area I have just created. My diet has been good, no overeating I can think of that would account for the weight gain. I need to get this sorted, but I do need to work out what's going on first.
