It's a gain, but it could be worse. I've been away for 2 weeks and my diet has been fair, but definitely could be better. I have hurt my leg, and that's a bit swollen, it's the twisting when I play golf. My dad lost his golf partners over the winter and I'm playing to keep him company. I'm hoping my leg will adapt, I can't have him playing alone.

Had a bit of a meltdown day yesterday, but feeling a lot better today. At least the weight is still headed in the right direction.

I'm happy with that, been another good food week, I think these are starting to pay off a bit. I'm getting much better at saying no to temptation, and I don't feel hungry either. I think this is how it should be 😁
