Oh, well HELLO OCTOBER. Way to sneak up on me out of nowhere.

Went to the gym on Tuesday because I realized I haven't exercised in, oh, I dunno, MONTHS. I've noticed that my body actually feels really crappy when I don't work out regularly. My muscles get achy for movement and I constantly have to get up and stretch and get my blood flowing. It's much better when I work out a couple of times a week. So it's time to get back into a routine.

My workout on Tuesday was rough, of course. But it felt good. It was a combo cardio/strength class and it kicked my flabby little butt. I've been sore for two days now... but I like it. It's a good soreness. I'm going to go again tonight.

I'll have to see how the whole gym schedule will work out because I've also signed up for Ballroom Dancing lessons a couple of times each week. I'm SO EXCITED to get back into that! Oh AAAAAND I actually took a Yoga class all last month and loved it, so I think I'm going to get a Yoga dvd and do that at home. So many ambitions, so little time!
