I'm a bit disappointed with the weightloss this week, but it's a normal weightloss if you think about sustainable and long-term weightloss without starving. To be honest I did struggle a bit after going off-plan on Tuesday with fast food. Then on Wednesday, I ate an entire block of Gouda cheese, 4 rolls, 2 avos, 1 chocolate, 7 date balls. I finally pulled myself together on Friday by doing a 24 hour fast. Think I'll be doing it again this week!! You actually get a lot of work done by not thinking of food every 5 minutes! Anyhow, I got an indoor exercise bicycle and I'm hoping to use it today. 🚴

I don't understand ☹️ I didn't lose any weight this week. I ate clean. Drank more than 2L water each day. Had 2 days where I went off-track with dinner. I eat less than 1250 calories every day. I don't exercise, but I try to move around the house. Why?

Happy! Lost 2.4kg! That's amazing. Glad something is working. Next goal is 1kg by next week Monday. I'm reprogramming my mind to believe that slow weightloss is a lifestyle I can maintain in the long run. Think long-term, not short-term.

My sugar level dropped ☹️ I binged 2 slices of bread, marmite and 3 butter cookies. 😖 I hope one cheat meal doesn't mess up my weightloss for the week.
