This week I'm working hard on getting out of the 110kgs. I love working out and pushing myself with my trainer. We had an amazing boxing session this morning. Already had 2L water and trying to smash some work goals as well. One more hour to to. Let's do it. 💪🙌🏼🎉

Today is slightly better... except for that darn butter on my crispbread. 5ml is not much, but 1 tablespoon is alot. 🙈 Somedays I crave fat in its purest form. Disgusting. I suspect it's from eating low fat and then my body craves it! One day I can enjoy chickpea and tahini salad dressing. For now - it's hard work and determination!! I didn't pay R3600 to through it all down the drain! If I stick with the plan, I could be onto maintenance soon. If I make it difficult for myself, I just drag out the process longer and waste more money! I know this, all too well!!! 40kg should take 4 months! Not 7 months!

Today is not a great day at all. Wow, I feel crappy. I have my period and the pain and fatigue hit me hard this time. I am literally using breathing techniques to manage pain today. Therefore, creating anything healthy today is non existent. So far I've had biscuits and butter. Good thing is: I did not enjoy it at all. Felt disgusting afterwards. I've also committed to doing someone's nails today. I have a few minutes to nap before I get ready but damn, I'm not in the mood. Get through it, Jeanelle. xxx

Struggling badly today ☹️ Not with food cravings. Hallelujah. But with my blood-glucose. I've had 2 hypoglycemia episodes in 1 hour. All I want to do is to go shower. And spend the day outside. But instead, I'm too scared to move and I'm wasting time by waiting for my blood glucose to go up.
