It's 09:28. I just had 2 boiled eggs, tomato and cucumber. It's more than enough. I'm full. But I'm off-site, have a meeting at 10am with energy-drainers and my anxiety has just heightened. :( Trying to calm myself. And not think about food, fear and fright. :( But I can do it. I'm calm, collected and in control.
