This is the highest I've gone on the scale. Pretty sure this scale doesn't go above 120 and I've made it go there. ☹️ I eat good nutritious meals but then 3pm breaks on and I start binge-eating and its insane, I cannot stop! Dinner I always skip because my bloodsugar is too high from all the bingeing. ☹️ What can I do to fix that afternoon binges? At this moment, I feel like asking my partner to lock me up after 3pm, like a freaken wolf.

My word has this lockdown period been one for pigging out and indulging in all things processed, high fat and high calorie. Result: bloated, swollen face and body, nothing fits! Shocker. So on Tuesday I want to start losing some weight. My toolbox of techniques include: Intermittent fasting 16:8, 5km walk everyday, 3L water a day, no processed foods.

Right, the 21-day challenge has commenced! Food intake has been 60% good, a mild detour after work resulted in me binging on whole-wheat wraps - 1 with humus, avo and cheese. 1 with peanut butter, banana and honey. 🙈

Ate so much bread tonight. A proper binge. 😞 My body is aching and stiff from the amount of bread I ate. I will literally never ever do it again.
