Vietnamese Vermicelli Noodles
Sensational noodle bowl with grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, pork, carrots, lettuce and onion with fish sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- Grill pork and chicken and slice into narrow 2" strips, and grill shrimp on skewer, all over a charcoal grill.
- Boil vermicelli rice noodles for 1 minute, drain and put in large soup bowl.
- Add grated carrot, shredded lettuce and chopped green onion.
- Add grilled meat and shrimp.
- Serve with Vietnamese fish sauce.

This is ONE SERVING? Not sure why you need shrimp AND pork AND chicken? I will try the recipe but will choose only one of those three!
