Garlic Spinach

Organic baby spinach with fresh olive oil and garlic.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Use a skillet or deep stock pot.
  2. Add spinach, use more than you think as it really shrinks.
  3. Add olive oil.
  4. Add minced garlic, let it cook for 1 minute.
  5. Let spinach wilt down but don't let it get dark, the brighter the better - lots of vitamins!
