- Use a skillet or deep stock pot.
- Add spinach, use more than you think as it really shrinks.
- Add olive oil.
- Add minced garlic, let it cook for 1 minute.
- Let spinach wilt down but don't let it get dark, the brighter the better - lots of vitamins!
