  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool on wire rack before cutting.
