  1. Mix cottage cheese with chopped parsley, avocado flesh, black pepper, turmeric, and salt.
  2. Toast the sourdough bread in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  3. Generously spread the cottage cheese mixture over the toasted bread.
