Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

Soft and fluffy bread, perfect with coffee or tea.

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, lemon peel, and poppy seeds.
  2. Melt the butter and let it cool. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Combine the two mixture. Make sure there are no lumps.
  4. Divide batter evenly between muffin cups.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until the tops spring back when lightly touched.
