Chicken, carrots, mushrooms and broccoli in a spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop veggies into small bite sized pieces and heat oil in a pan.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in a pan on medium heat until onion is translucent.
  3. Put chicken in the pan and stir fry until browned and cooked thoroughly.
  4. Place the other veggies in the pan and cook until soft, add aji-mirin to keep them from burning if your pan is too hot. Add all of the rest of the sauces at once and stir fry until sauce has thickened.
