I think I am getting sick. I feel so run down and sore. I ate ok today. I wish there was something to take that would make me not hungry but thirsty. I don't drink enough water. I know I need to. I did walk today for 45 minutes. Just tired..

I get bored and eat sweets. ugg. or chips and cheeze. I don't know why I keep doing it. What is out there to supress my hunger.

I walked again today for only 45 minutes. Its something I need to do. I can't stop from eating sweets. Work makes it difficult.
