This week inluded a family birthday dinner and two restaurant meals. I had a friend over for dinner (poached salmon, asparagus, salad). Very happy over another 2#!

a 2# loss even though I had the family events around Chloe and two meals out in restaurants, where I managed to stay very close to my program.

Good news! Results of fasting level sugar test at 103 so not diabetic; new eating program can help me keep the blood sugar level down and avoid the damage higher levels create. Overall cholesterol also down and also triglycerides; LDL and HDL are in second tier range so some work to do there.

followed 100% for last 2 days; Last night I did a major trip to the store and then cooked, using 3 different recipes so my food is pretty much handled for today, tomorrow and Friday. Roasted veggies, quinoa pilaf, 2 different kinds of chicken breasts and a black bean/chipotle spread to use with whole wheat chapatis and the veggies for a lunch.

lost so far: 8.0 lb

still to go: 47.0 lb

Diet followed 100%

Have not had sugar or white flour. Not completely on Wave 1 program as I have had some fruit which isn't available til Wave 2. Srprised that I'm not having any cravings at all.
