No loss. First time I've not had a loss. Trip to Las Vegas Sun-Wed of this week. Weighed in on Thursday morning. Didn't really do badly on trip. Think I've let protions creep up.
19# in 9 weeks is equal to 2.1 pounds per week average. I will look at my food diary. Probably need more Wave 1 veggies and to watch out for Wave 3 fruits creeping in.

Lost 2 pounds this week and it feels like a real accomplishment because the weekend included a trip to San Francisco and brunch in Calistoga. Got in 10,000+ steps for the day in San Francisco and 8,000+ the other two days. Not perfect as eating out forces some compromises but I feel good about the choices I made.

portion sizes OK but had some items that were not wholegrain and too many fruit servings over the weekend. Feeling very grateful for a 1# loss!!
