Doing better. Had a healthier day of eating and exercise. I don't feel so out of control and I realize that this is my choice, my life and I am in control of my future. There, now I have to pick myself up, brush myself off and keep moving.

I'm on a downward spiral and I can't stop myself. It's like something in my brain clicked off and I don't want to watch what I'm eating. I notice I don't sign into Fat Secret daily like I used to. What's wrong with me? Yes, I want to lose the weight. I'm not starving myself. I have a "don't care" attitude. Anybody else relate to this?? (I do know I'm under a LOT of stress right now...could that be it?)
