My hubs and I celebrated our 19th anniversary last night by going to a fondue restaurant. It was so much fun! Ate way too much, but I did watch what I ate earlier in the day, so I don't think there was too much damage done. He even told me I haven't changed throughout the years. AWWW, isn't that sweet? He's a big liar, but sweet!!

My sister made a hurtful comment to me and I feel like eating. This is exactly what I'm trying to avoid. Can't avoid stressful situations in my life, that's not reasonable at all. Why does food still have a hold on me?? Why do I turn to it in times of trouble or stress??? Stay tuned. PS haven't eaten anything dangerous, just contemplating it.

Had a great day off of work. Went for a facial and felt so good afterwards. I haven't had a "me" day in a while. Went shopping with my dad, then had lunch together. Lunch was Subway and the sandwiches were so fresh and good, I wanted to kiss the sandwich maker. Heck, he looked like he could be my child. Anyhoos, I think I'll thank him the next time I go there. Good day, good day, good day!!!

Well, today my sister forgot to pick me up from work and I walked home. It was 15 blocks, which isn't that bad, but the humidity/dew point was horrible. I made it home fine, but the walk triggered a memory. I was thin as a young adult and I used to walk 2 miles to work in the morning. BOING---exercise. (that was the light going on in my head). (my light says boing...) I feel great, mad at my sister, but feel great!!

I weighed this morning and I'm the same weight. Whew... the way I was chowing down, I thought I'd be up at least ten pounds. Okay, I'm exaggerating, but it did feel that way. I'm commiting myself, yet again. Fall down and get up. Keep moving...
