I'm an 18 year old weightlifter from the Netherlands. I had a huge troubles with going to the gym for the last 5 months. For 4 weeks I'm seeing the gym again and I want to become stronger and better than before! I've already seen quite some improvements which I will be sharing with you guys!

Hello! I`m 18 and I`m looking for some motivated people (youth)
I have the same problem! But I have also some solutions:

1. Try to drink some COLD water throughout the day! This is one of the best ways to tackle this problem. When the water you drink is cold, it takes longer for your body to digest it. Most of the times, when you are feeling hungry, after 2 or 3 glasses of water, you feel a lot less hungry!

2. Try having you dinner at a later time. I eat at 18:00 (which is really something that almost all Dutch people doRazz) so then I have 5 hours untill I go to bed. After 3 hours I am feeling really hungry again and then I need to drink water, or make a slice of bread with low-fat meat. When I am living as a student next year, I will plan my dinner at a later time, so that I am not feeling that hungry when I go to bed. Maybe this could work for you too?

3. Try to eat slow-digesting foods. For example: eat a banana as vegetable or eat brown beans as dinner. It takes quite some times for your body to digest these foods and you will not be as hungry in the evenings! Smile

Hope some of these tips work! If you follow my first tip (which is not hard at all) you will see that you are actually not that hungry for food, but just for a few glasses of water! Smile
