Hello! I`m 18 and I`m looking for some motivated people (youth)
How have managed to lose so much kgs??
On 21st of February I`m having a celebration in school so I wish i can lose some weight till that day. Of course my biggest dream to meet summer in my best shape
Do you have any advices how to do not eat on late evenings?
By far the most hard thing for me don`t eat on weekends. I usually stay at home, i have got no plans todo so a lot of times I`m opening a fridge to take something. How can i stop it??

Hello! I`m 18 and I`m looking for some motivated people (youth)
Hello! As i said, I`m 18 and i want to open new page of my life.
I`m from Lithuania(Europe) so my English is not perfect but i`m trying to do my best
There are just 3 million people in my country so it`s difficult to find information about burning fat, motivation or friends with the same aims.
Now I`m 64kg and my goal is 58kg (141 lb to 127lb). It`s looks not so much but if you would now me you could understand why it`s so hard for me (i love eating
). Best thing is that i`m doing sports, hard cardio workout and so on so i burn a lot of calories. And my fitness routine is pretty good, i`m strong and i have got muscles.
So my the biggest problem is my diet. Please, write how do you cope with food, what was your story of losing weight, or if you have got the same problem. Of course, if you want to know more about Lithuania, Europe please contact with me
