I am a full time working Mother of a 19 month old. And wife of a man how works out everyday. I have never really been one to work out, but it is time. I am 32 and I know it only gets harder as I get older.
This year I have decided I have carried the weight from pregnancy long enough. My goal is to loss 60 lbs. My first goal is to loss half of that by August. I have been working out on the Wii every night and journaling all that I eat. I am not really dieting but just making an effort to watch my portions and really work out.
I am excited about the journey. My reward for the weight loss is a cruise in September, so keep me focused FatSecret.
