OLD STUFF: As of January 2013 I'm just looking to lose those last 5 or so pounds to get down to 150. I'm down 25 since the beginning of summer 2012, and I feel a lot better than I used to. I'm exercising more, I'm eating healthier for the most part, and those few pounds really make a difference in how I look as well.
After I achieve my weight loss goals, I'll want to work on maintaining that, and maybe toning my core.
NEW STUFF: 4th year university, second semester, I gained a bunch of weight. I'm back up in the mid 160s. I'm aiming to get down to 150ish by the end of the summer. That may be a lofty goal, but I'm committed. Time to start eating well and working out!
