Did you count the calories you may have burned by walking when you were shopping? The excess calories may not be as bad as you think if you factor in walking.

Ive been counting my calories all along and I have been doing good !!!
Yesterday I was 37 calories over . I'm trying to stay at 1300 calories a day

1500 for me
i entered my diet as being calorie counting and now all my progress on the bar is removed. im back to red :/ oh wellz. doesn't really matter. green was nice though.
