Since I can't seem to stay on my diet, I have decided to stay on South Beach phase I, but I am adding raw carrot and apple slices. I need a snack I like. I crave something crunchie. I think if I add these two items it will be easier to stay on the rest of the diet. I am going to try harded. I need to lose at least 10 more pounds, lately I have been gaining.

I found a exercise I really like. I have been Latin dancing. It has the salsa, cha-cha and merengue. I like the merengue the best. After only a few minutes I'm sweating like crazy (I almost never sweat). It is so much fun, before you know it your 40 minutes are done. Even after I'm done I find myself cha-chaing in the kitchen while cooking supper.
