My sister was visiting. I did not diet or work out, so of course I gained. Going back to phase I for a few days to get back on track. Also started working out again. We had tons of fun, but I will be glad to get back to normal,

Still sick no exercise no dieting, all I want to eat is ice cream. I am going to try to stick to my diet today, but I do not feel well enough to exercise. Next week (Monday) I will get back to my routine for sure.

I been sick all week, somthing X gave me. When I'm sick I crave carbs, bread, crackers things like that. I went for for a hour walk today hopeing that would pick me up, but it wore me out instead. Will ride this out and then get back to the routine.
