I feel like rambling...
Doing reasonably well this week, my personal "junk food" cravings have subsided. I weighed this morning, was pleasantly surprised with the number. I'm sure it'll go up a little by Saturday (my weigh in day), but I'm more than sure it will be a loss. Unfortunately my boyfriend's granny died yesterday so he'll be flying back to Texas (we moved to Florida in August) this weekend, it'll be hard without him, he really keeps me on track. And as selfish as this is(and I feel horrible for thinking this way, but we don't have the means to fly both of us back for the services), I'm jealous that he's going back to Texas, I miss my family a hell ton more than he does, but death is unpredictable. The death has been a long time coming, so while it is sad, she is in a much better place now. After suffering from MS for the past 30years, she is no longer suffering now.
I've been having extremely vivid dreams lately which is causing me to not sleep well which in turn is causing me to sleep until 10am everyday.
UGH!
I feel so lazy, but I'm still going to walks, and on nights that I work, I basically get paid to workout so that's a plus.
I need to accomplish a couple of things for next week: Stop eating so much "full fat" cheese, cook my first Thanksgiving dinner for myself (lightened versions of everything), and not get stressed out working black Friday in retail.
Alright, I'm done...

Down 1.8! Which feels a lot better than .2 last week. I'm already noticing that my clothes, especially my jeans, are a little looser. I'm on my way to a healthier, lighter me. I hope I can lose enough weight so that my mom can tell a difference when she comes to visit me for Christmas.

Down 2.6lbs!! That feels great, I just have to keep it up in order to keep that off. I have quite the game plan as well, so things should go the same for next week! It's Halloween, but there's no candy in the house and I have to work tonight so there shouldn't be any temptations.

Last night I had a serious snack attack, but today I kinda kept it in check. I've started this ice cream habit at night, which I might need to break, but I'm not sure. I find it's an easy way to bump up my calories without having to eat a lot of food I don't want. If I don't have it, my calorie intake is way low, and I don't want to stall out and not lose weight. When I was on the Core plan with WW I didn't lost weight for nearly 3 months which was aggravating. I finally counted my calories and found out I was only eat 700-800calories a day I guessed that my body went into starvation mode. I love ice cream, it's definitely a comfort food and something I crave and want, but I used to treat myself once a week or once every two weeks. So I'm struggling with that.
I work retail, and have a hard time tracking that exercise. I'm on my feet the entire time at work, I'm constantly walking, stooping and lifting. So I kinda break it up and I feel that I under track, because I don't want to over track to where it looks like I've burned more calories than I actually have.
Things are good!
