I knew I would gain, but 2lbs? Oh well, today starts another week.

Yesterday wasn't too bad. I worked until 5am T-day morning, so I slept in, and made me T-day dinner. I had a plate, rested awhile, went to the beach and walked 2miles. Came back, made my pumpkin bread, it was so good! I had a little snack before bedtime and that was it. I was well under my calories, but carbs were still way high. Weighed myself this morning, and I'm still up from last week, but down from yesterday. Should be interesting tomorrow. I have to work tonight, so I won't be eating much again today. All in all, yesterday was a great day for my boyfriend and I, it was our first T-day without our families, but we survived.

Alright, I weigh myself everyday and since Saturday, when I recorded my weight, I'm up 2lbs... definitely a gain week, like I said in my last journal. Maybe, for the first time in my weight history, I will blame it on my monthly cycle. And I'm ONLY doing that because I don't feel bloated or heavier like I normally do when I gain weight.
Also, I've looked back at my diet calendar, just to see what my numbers look like and my carbs are OUT OF CONTROL! I need to get that in control, but carbs are my comfort food, so here's hoping.

I have a strange feeling that I'm going to gain this week, and it's not because of Thanksgiving. I have a very light menu planned and it's only my boyfriend(who is on a very strict diet and won't eat my menu), so it's really only me. Anyhow... I just feel that with 4 weeks of losing, a gain week will happen. Who knows, maybe I'll work harder to avoid it... We shall see.

This weigh in feels amazing! The progress bar went into the orangeish color and I can't remember the last time I weighed this much, I was probably in 4th grade. With my boyfriend gone for the weekend, I needed something to pick me up and the weight on the scale did that for me! I feel like I deserve something, but all I can think of is food... haha... oh well, I have to do a little shopping later, maybe I'll find something while I'm out.
*Note/Update*
I remembered that I got a new phone upgrade today, so that's what I bought for myself. Even if the upgraded phone was free with all of my discounts, it was worth it because I've had the old phone for 2 years. Out with the old, and in with the new!
