I used to be a health and fitness nut. I ran every day, walked everywhere and I was a strict vegan. After my daughter was born, I lost all my pregnancy weight within a couple of months, however, I ended up giving up veganism. My weight issues didn't really start until I spent the past 2 years working in a call center and started going to university. Suddenly working out became something I didn't really have time for and my eating habits became atrocious. I also began taking medications that caused appetite increases and made me tired.
I don't work at a call center anymore, but I go to university part time and run my own business making jewelry. I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant with my daughter. My goal is to become an active and healthy person again by incorporating fitness into my daily routine and dealing with my tendency to overeat unhealthy foods when I am stressed.
