having one last blow out before i start the diet tomorrow...... have been on/off for months and getting truly fed up now!
going on holiday to rhodes a week on wednesday and i know its too late to do anything before then that will make a difference, i still want to start so i dont go abroad feeling grossly greedy!
I weigh nearly 12 stone now which to me is about 2 stone overweight... i am getting married in october THIS YEAR so i have about 5 months to lose 2 stone...
im going to sign up for the 5k race for life which is in 10 weeks which will get me started hopefully..
dont know if im going to do a particular "diet plan" but if i do it will be "slimming world" - first i will just try to eat healthy / excercise / not pig out..

am starting a new strict diet to lose a stone in a week. have NEVER tried any silly diet like this, but will try and stick to it, and it will get me back on track for my birthday in less than 3 weeks. it involves a lot of eggs and grapefruit - which im not too keen on :/ eek!
