I am 23 years old and i weigh 11 stone - i am 5 foot 5 and in the previous two years i have lost 2 stone, i am determined to lose one more stone and keep it off, as it has crept back on in the last year. i work 5 days a week and aim to gym it 4 days out of 7. also to walk the 5 minutes to work and back daily including walking home at lunch time. my aim is to not snack, just 3 healthy meals a day, 2 litres of water and 8 hours of sleep. i usually am quite good for 2 weeks or so and then i crack and binge on food then get a bad stomach/headaches/spots etc. i reeeally want to lose this stone as i know i can do it and will feel amazing when i do :-)

*** have failed at keeping up with it, due to one thing or another and my amazing ability to use ANY excuse to fall off the wagon. am off work for a few days but back on tuesday so my new plan is to follow a strict 7 day diet to lose 14pounds in a week...! which will hopefully get me back on track, will be combining it with gym sessions/running, lots of water, sleep and vitamins!***

ANYONE DOING DUKAN DIET?
i am interested in starting the dukan diet after finding a 60% off voucher online for £7.
Ive calculated on the dukan website how long it would take etc and it seems good
although obviously until i pay the money and join up i wont know exactly what the plan is.
i know its a personalized plan but could anyone give me a quick run down of the diet? don't want to pay lots of money for a rubbish diet that will leave me feeling weak and headachey...

1200 Calories written in STONE , What's with that?
I only joined this thing yesterday and was shocked to find out my first day i consumed just under 900 cals(!) however, I ate 3 meals - was not hungry in between, i had my 5 portions of fruit/veg, my 2 litres of water, i walked to work + back totaling 20mins of walking and i went to the gym for 30 minutes. I think a plain and simple rule for weight loss is basically - eat less. excercise more. - any feedback will be muchly appreciated!
