I ate more yesterday that I usually do but still didnt have bread or rice and stayed away from sugar so still feeling good about it. Plus since i've lowered my calorie intake i dont have dizzy spells but they were gone yesterday.

I couldn't resist so had a weigh in today. Gone down a pound which is fine but this month I'm going to give it my all. No meat, no sugar, no alcohol, no fizzy drinks and no cheese. Seems like a lot of no's but they are all things that my body just doesnt need and isnt doing me any favours.
Need to go for a run everyday as the weathers beautiful and I'm job hunting at the moment so time is no excuse.
Anyway happy monday ya'll. Happy weight loss.

This is really not good enough in 7 days :( I have to make the next 7 days really count. Been having a carb fest this last few days so need to go to the super market and get non carby foods. Goal weight feels far away today. Havnt been to the gym all week either. blah !

Feeling super crappy today. not sure of it because of the medication but just think i should call it a day and head to bed early.

So today no carbs went out of the window as I ATE 2 slices of lovely white bread lol oh well.
Any how I started some new medication yesterday and it has surpressed my appetite! I have never not been hungry before this is crazy. Anyway I'm going to take it as a positive thing and still try and maintain a balance diet even if im not hungry.
Not doing a weigh in until another week as it that time of the month. On a seperate not killed it at the gym today :)
