I couldn't resist so had a weigh in today. Gone down a pound which is fine but this month I'm going to give it my all. No meat, no sugar, no alcohol, no fizzy drinks and no cheese. Seems like a lot of no's but they are all things that my body just doesnt need and isnt doing me any favours.

Need to go for a run everyday as the weathers beautiful and I'm job hunting at the moment so time is no excuse.

Anyway happy monday ya'll. Happy weight loss.
134.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
