“Husky” in middle school, just plain overweight and out of shape in high school, fit and tan in my 20’ doing construction. 30’s always steady weight gain, career changes, family changes. Now in early 50's tired of being way too fat. I was horrified when I saw close to 300lbs on the scale and couldn’t tie my boots without losing my breath. This app has really helped me become and stay aware of what I’m eating and it’s effects. As an engineer cause and effect are very impactful to me to affect change. Throughout my life I never really exercised but for the past few years I built up a home gym and have been working out at least every other night. Cardio and weights that seemed so abstract you know for those skinny gym nuts but now I’m doing it!!!
