after a hard workout week I only lost 2lbs, for a total of 1bs this month and i am happy about the progress!

completed the unthinkable 4hr workout on Sunday and 3 Monday; however, for some strange reason i am not sore like I anticipated. Hydroxycut really works.
Eating is still my biggest factor. I am getting the calories, that isn't the issue, but the timing. I haven't committed to a schedule or routine! Example: breakfast is never at 9am, lunch at 11pm or noon, dinner at 3pm or 5pm.
Unable to sleep after I eat my dinner *after returning from the gym late at 9pm until 4am. Drinking water helps! and this sleeping add accompanied by this pill that turns food until energy.

It is 1:20am and I just weighed myself. This new recorded weight loss has inspired me to continue.

My first Zumba class,
Today I took my best friend to a Zumba class. I thought it would be all girls in the class and boy was I right! All together got a great workout in, totally worth the $5.
