completed the unthinkable 4hr workout on Sunday and 3 Monday; however, for some strange reason i am not sore like I anticipated. Hydroxycut really works.

Eating is still my biggest factor. I am getting the calories, that isn't the issue, but the timing. I haven't committed to a schedule or routine! Example: breakfast is never at 9am, lunch at 11pm or noon, dinner at 3pm or 5pm.

Unable to sleep after I eat my dinner *after returning from the gym late at 9pm until 4am. Drinking water helps! and this sleeping add accompanied by this pill that turns food until energy.
