I go to UNCA and major in environmental science and minor in political science. I am a vegetarian, and trying to go back to being vegan. I have been suffering with weightloss for about 10 years and it is really taking a toll on all aspects of my life. I love shopping and cooking but its hard to shop when nothing fits comfortably, and its hard to cook and know that the food is contributing to my unhappiness. I've tried everything, but giving up isnt an option. I'm giving this a shot.

Near my Period huge calories intake
Try calorie free flavored water! I find that coffee can also fill you up, and be dessert-like at the same time (but dont go to starbucks and get some calorie ladden drink). Just a regular cup of joe with some flavored creamer and a few tablespoons of sugar. Hope that helps! They also have ice pops that are like 15-30 calories each! Those may help as well. good luck and keep journaling!
