About time!! When I first got on the scale this morning, it said 274.8! My scale will save it, and I saved to the wrong one, lol! So, I hopped back on, and it said 277. I'll still take it!! I still have 5 +- pounds to go, and my pre-op appointment is on the 21st of July. Surgery is set up for August 3rd. Hers hoping I can get there by then!!😃

Here we go on the yoyo express!! I started noon, with a 14 day free trial. Fairly interesting. Daily weigh in. That's ok if you don't freak out over a 5 oz. gain, or any gain for that matter.
I learned a long time ago not to take weight fluctuations to heart. They don't mean that you have failed. As long as you are ready, and fully committed to weight loss, you keep on track, and keep going!
I never restrict what I can eat. I just try to follow portion sizes, and try to eat mindfully. I'm down 13 lbs, more or less, and don't have more to go until my surgery. Have a great day everyone!!

It's been a crazy week. I had an appointment with the doctor (orthopedic) and weighed 285.2. 😩! But.... I weighed myself this morning, 279.1! FINALLY, got below the 280's!! My pre-op visit is in July, and surgery is set for August 3rd. I think I can get way below the 270 the doctor asked for by then! I've been craving spicy 🔥 foods that I normally don't eat. Pepper jack cheese for one. I made some turkey tacos last night, and was out of seasoning, so made my own, and found the cayenne pepper in the cupboard I had forgotten! Happy camper last night,lol! Hope you all have a fantastic day!!

well, at a standstill, sort of. I had gained 3 lbs over Easter, and am back to 281. now to work harder!! I have an orthopedic appointment on the 12th, for a weight in.
