Yesterday was a bit messed up. Serious sweet tooth. Got a migraine in the afternoon, had to take Relpax. No exercise. Did quite a bit of work on my book, but really so much more needs done. Food was all over the place. Somehow managed to still maintain my weight though this morning, so I guess I didn't go off the rails too terribly badly, still need to make it through the next couple days though...cautiously. Need to get back on track today.

MIGRAINE

Not this morning, but yesterday. Felt a little icky this morning, but I think that was due to the late night. Got to bed about 1AM, not outrageous considering other past Inklings meetings, but still late and felt the repercussions of the day choices. Started to feel a bit fatigued on the book this morning, so much to keep track of, so much happening, really need to write some scenes and help the story start to progress or I am gonna get super waylaid. I did some work on it for about an hour, but I need to write scenes and I need to EXERCISE today. It is imperative. Starting to not feel very well, and that will help me to feel better. I might go to visit Mom and Dad later tonight then...or maybe I will hang out with Tyson. We haven't done much lately. Today might be a good time for it. Everything else is good and fine. Should get through the weekend ok, and then back to work and hopefully make some progress on the book.

Wow, okay, so I spent lots of hours at Mom's yesterday. Used the inhaler a couple times, by the time I left my allergies were really bothering me. I didn't stick to my diet plan last night because I ate dinner with Mom and Dad, but I did contain my portions, and they did not eat anything too crazy, so I got through okay. Fell asleep on the couch and then Tyson brought me a pillow and I slept with my neck at an angle all scrunched up against the couch. Awoke this morning with head pain, my eyes hurting, and dry (humidifier was off). Ugh! Really thought a migraine was going to happen. Tyson massaged my shoulders and neck. That helped. I put drops in my eyes (which burned horribly) and laid back down flat on the bed. Not sure a migraine is not still inevitable considering the abuse I did to myself last night and yesterday, but I am hoping to get through without one. I think I'll take some Aleve right away this morning and just try and muddle through.

NO migraines (although certainly the start of one).

Not sore today and weight is back down. Didn't exercise yesterday, but definitely going to exercise today. Also going to finish up cleaning the house today! So excited about seeing all my many girls over the next few days. Inklings today (almost an entire day of writing! Whee!), meeting with Laurie and Julie tomorrow for lunch, dinner with Toni, lunch with Kate Saturday, Comwide kids Saturday night, lunch with Mom and the family Sunday, and dinner with book club! Super social over the next four days. My diet is going to suffer. Won't be able to predict meals very well...I'll probably need to just have a basic game plan before I go about what I am going to get or have for each meal. Best way to handle it, hopefully if I continue to watch portions and just choose meals that should be mild, I'll be safe. Have to order carefully. I think it will be okay, though. Not too worried about it. I've made such amazing progress already, I really think no matter how bad things are the next four days, I should be okay again by Monday.

Weight up a bit again. This is probably because I worked so hard yesterday. I think I might have gained a little muscle. Awoke VERY sore this morning. Just starting to work out the soreness. Having tea and getting ready for the day. A bit more accomplished today at this time than yesterday. Got lots to do today before going to Mom's so I'll need to keep at it. Taking it a TINY bit slow this morning though. When I finish this, it is put laundry away, make breakfast, pack the car and go to the grocery store, then back here, then back to the laundromat, then back here for exercise and a shower, then I should be good to go visit Mom. Then I think my day is pretty open, actually...or my evening at least, for writing. Hooray! I really want to write a bit today. Enough making mixes, let's create those characters! A bit off topic.

Head congested this morning. Just had a sneezing jag. I think my sinuses are a little worse for the wear from working outside in the dry and dead leaves yesterday. Oh well, it couldn't be helped. Taking an Allegra and some Aleve, that should get me through the day.

I'll probably need to take some other medicine later for the cat allergy. Perhaps the inhaler will need to go with me today. Wouldn't be a bad idea.

No migraines, (although I awoke with what I thought might be one, turned out to just be congestion and muscle pain, but I am OK now.)

Worked very hard today, but I have yet to exercise and it is almost 9PM. REALLY don't want to. Cleaned most of the house today, straightened the garage, did laundry, and cleaned the yard up quite a bit. TIRED. Would it be terrible for me to just NOT workout tonight? I did workout yesterday after all, and I worked hard on the house all day today. Somehow I feel justified in not working out, especially since I will be working out first thing in the morning. Ok, it is decided. It's not happening. Done and done. I am, however, going to do some more laundry tonight, and straighten up, so there is little to do in the morning.


No migraines today.

Health is otherwise good still. I need a brief shower tonight and to do some more work, and then I should be good to go until the morning. I have a ton to do tomorrow, though, so I'll need to get started early!
