Hi Thelma,
I figured out how to do it. It shows automatically when you weigh in. I've never met anyone from England, so it's good to meet you. I hope your weather is better than ours this winter. Today's high was 21, yesterdays was 10 and Tuesdays was -5. So I guess we're having a heat wave today.
This was day 4 of the bicycle challenge and so far so good.

Introduction
good to hear from you. I did my 30 minutes on the bike yesterday and today, but I can't figure out how to post it. I'll be 76 in May, so we're only 4 months apart. We sure lived in a different world than it is today. But I do like the capability to communicate with people that I don't even know. I'm from Ohio and have lived here all my life. Today it's 10 below zero. I'm staying inside.

Introduction
Hi Thelma.

I'm Pat. I'm 75 and I know how hard it is to lose those pounds. I started back on Friday after 6 months of not checking in and in those 6 months, I gained 6 pounds. I did the bike challenge today and hopefully will keep it up. I'm trying to do the low sugar, low carb diet. I'm not going to weigh myself until Friday. I hope that in one week I have some loss. I know from experience how much physical problems keep you from moving. Hang in there.
