drink allotted water. wrote all food down.Stripped the bed. Did 3 loads of laundry.
followed diet well. Not weighing in yet. Good day.

.....drank my allotted amount of water. Too many carba caused by 1/2 cup of ice cream. Little short on fiber. Wrote down every bite. Will do better tomorrow. No more ice cream.

kept my carbs lower and the fat high. Made muffins that had bananas,apples, raisins, and cranberries;chia,flax, hempseed,oatmeal,oat bran,wheat bran,almond milk,and almond meal,eggs and whole wheat. No shortening. One is very filling and loaded with fiber. Drank 63 oz. of water and coffee. Hope tomorrow goes as well.

fINALLY REACHED BEYOND MY GOAL, ALTHOUGH ILLNESS HA SOMETHING TO DO WITH. NOW MY APPETITE IS MUCH SMALLER AND i HOPE i CAN KEEP IT UP. DRINKING A CUP OF WARM WATER WITH A TEASPOON OF HONEY AND TWO CAP-FULLS OF CIDER VINEGAR IN THE MORNING BEFORE I EAT ANYTHING, SUPRESSES MY APPETITE.
