I need to vent....
Drill is tomorrow, I can never lose weight the week before drill. The impending drill is mentally stressful for me; I psych myself out because I know I'm not within regs and I hate it. I love myself other weeks of the month but the week before drill I mentally chastise myself over and over again.
I'm seeing a chiropractor for neck and back (spine subluxation-that's what the doc say) and I can't exercise too strenuously until the erector spinae are stronger to support the "correct" alignment. Not being able to exercise as much as I want to frustrates me. And mom being here isn't helping either, she every tells me she's supporting me, but she also eats all the time and asks if I want some food eventhough I've told her 5 times already that I'm at my max calorie intake for the day.
I am just frustrated with everything. I know I eat pretty darn healthy but the scale isn't moving!

I am stuck, need to get un-stuck. Eventhough I did great yesterday, exausted from the exercises but I met my goal yesterday. Don't know what happened with the scale tho. I am motivated (yes I am!) to win this fight with food addiction.
So I'm doing Kale and protein shake day today (8am: 2 shake down 3 togo!), lets see if that doesn't make the scale go down.
Supposed to do apple-day but I hate eating apples, so shake is the next best thing.

Didn't lose any weight lastnight but I didn't gain either. I didn't take my hCG either, was so tired lastnight after the sprints that my brain just stopped functioning.
I'll be at work until 6:30pm today (10 hrs) so I'll be spending couple hrs working out cuz I can't sit for that long!
Today's Goal:
-600 kcal max
-keep fats & carbs under 40g
-drink 10 glass of water
Exercise Goal:
-start the 100 pushup challenge (Day 1-60 pushups-15 regular the rest on my knees)
-start the ab challenge (Day 1-5crunches,5 leg raise, 10sec plank)
-weight training: legs (Didn't make it-did 3x30 sec sprints
-45 mins treadmill 5-10% incline (almost died trying to reach 45mins)
-Added: 55 situps-AirForce Style :D
