I suggest a lifestyle change not a diet. Still eat the foods you love but only once in a while.

Does anyone else "trick" themselves on their RDI?
Fat cal said about 2000 for me no way I can eat all that food, even when I "pig out" I only go to about 1800! I eat 1400 a day; however I workout everyday, 3x a week doing training with intense cardio and 4x a week doing cardio, running, cycle, etc. I try to keep my net at least at -500! Most of the time I shoot for -700 to -800.
