never lose weight
Back with fat secret. I never lose weight just go up and down .Fed up. Over 60, I exercise. I usually do 2 fast days a week.Then put weight on over weekend. Every time I go on holiday I gain weight. I drink at weekends. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

The Days when you can't weigh in!
Exercise is the key and avoid eating too much. Run up stairs walk instead of bus/car ,swim in hotel pool etc. Eat well but do small portions(don't snack even if its free)-then you don't feel deprived. You really only need to weigh once a week but I'm like you, like to check everyday! Go with how your clothes feel only one day to go!!

Fasting
Thanks for all your comments. I've tried so many diets. I don't have a load to lose. Weight just goes up and down.
