I'm a mother of three daughters, a grandmother of eleven (my husband and I blended families), 1 greatgrand child and another one on the way. I like to exercise, I can't seem to get it in enough, shopping and just relaxing.
My immediate goal is to lose twelve pounds and continue to stay fit and health. I am looking to retire the end of 2014 so I really would like to have lost the weight and have a regular exercise routine to remain in shape by.
I lose two pounds and gain two back. I am open to any suggestions as to how I can lose and maintain my weight.
I am thinking about training to run a 5K before the summer is over.
