diabetic, on Metformin since June 2012. Morning blood sugar readings have always been high but since I joined here and watch my diet I am below 6.0 in the mornings. Knowing the percentages keeps you on the straight and narrow. I find it challenging to find food and recipes to keep me on track. I love this site.

Thank you, now why couldn't I see that little x. I was going to eat some soy nuts until I saw the calorie count so did without. This forum is great, had both my questions answered promptly. What a nice group!

I wish the nutrition data would include fiber - so important in your diet and especially if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic
